Implementation/Setup
There are two parts to the implementation and set up of the system. Firstly we need to get your relevant existing data into ConQuest. We also need to get all of your standard word documents for subcontractor/material enquiries and labels linked in to all the appropriate features and facilities within ConQuest and set up the various mail-merge facilities. In order to minimise disruption we carry out as much of this work as possible off site.
When you receive your software you will also receive a check list of documents and information that you need to send to us, so that we can get on with creating your tailored ConQuest system, prior to installation. Your lists of subcontractor and supplier names should be transferred to Microsoft Excel before you send them off to us. Once we have received this information we will contact you to arrange an on site installation date.
Secondly, we need to install the software for you on your computer network and configure it so that it suits the way your department is set up. Your installer will discuss with you the various set up options and agree the best ConQuest configuration to suit you. He will then install the system on your computer network, set all the necessary passwords and permissions and ensure that printers and copiers are configured properly..
